Many things have changed since 1969 but our commitment to first class customer service remains. Originally operating as a high street insurance brokerage, we have adapted to meet the needs of the modern insurance consumer.

No longer do people want to traipse up and down the high street looking for insurance, wasting time standing in a shop filling in forms.

After many years' experience dealing with customers over the telephone, including running schemes for major motor manufacturers, we decided to expand our business nationally. In June 1993 we opened a new call centre and increased our national awareness under the Quoteline Direct banner.

By strengthening our position as specialists in the affinity scheme market place, we were successful in dramatically increasing our Gold Club partners in the latter part of the decade.

Following widespread research and customer consultation, we saw out 1999 by closing our high street network and opening our new call centre in Manchester. The vast majority of our new customers come on personal recommendation from existing satisfied clients. We believe that our never-ending commitment to providing first class customer service will ensure that we continue to grow.

To this end, we continue to invest in the very latest computer and telephone technology. All departments are centralised under one roof, one number covers all customer enquiries and we pursue extensive staff training programs. 2002 saw the opening of our dedicated training facility and further staff growth.
